PASTE ANY TAOBAO, 1688 OR TMALL LINK — WE HANDLE THE REST

Turn a sourced product into your own — with logo printing, custom packaging, or supplier-supported changes. Availability depends on the supplier and product, and we confirm what’s possible before any charges apply.

What it is

Product Customization & Private Label Support is an optional service that lets us coordinate customization requests with the supplier for any product you source through Source.Luxxri. Common requests include:

  • Adding your logo to a product (printed, embroidered, engraved, or embossed depending on the product type)
  • Custom packaging — branded boxes, mailers, tissue, inserts, or thank-you cards
  • Custom labels or tags on the product
  • Supplier-supported changes to colour, material, or configuration
  • Other private-label modifications the supplier can accommodate

We handle the seller conversation in Chinese, confirm what the supplier can and can’t do, and quote any additional supplier charges before the work begins.

Pricing

Two costs make up a customization order:

  • Our coordination fee — $4.99 per product style / customization request. This covers processing your request, communicating with the supplier, confirming feasibility, and coordinating the work through to shipment.
  • Any supplier production charge — quoted separately. For logo printing, custom packaging, labels, materials, molds, or other production work, the supplier’s own cost is quoted after we get their confirmation. You approve the quote before we proceed.

Both charges are added to your Phase 2 invoice, together with international shipping.

What we can’t guarantee

Customization is supplier-dependent, and we’re honest about what that means:

  • Not every supplier customizes. Some products can’t be modified at all, or the supplier doesn’t offer customization on that listing.
  • Higher minimum order quantities may apply. Suppliers who normally sell in single units often require larger MOQs when customization is involved (10, 50, or 100+ units is common depending on the change requested).
  • Production time may be longer. Custom work adds days or weeks to the supplier’s normal turnaround, depending on complexity.
  • Not every design detail is possible. Print quality, color matching, and placement precision vary by supplier and technique. Where possible, we ask the supplier for a photo mock-up before production.

None of this is a reason to skip the request — most customization requests we handle work out. We just want you to know what we’re confirming on your behalf before the money’s on the table.

How to request it

Request customization during your Phase 1 checkout confirmation, right after you place your order. This is the only stage add-on services can be added.

On the confirmation screen, tap Request customization and describe what you want. Useful details to include:

  • Your logo or design (upload a file, or paste a link)
  • Placement (where on the product or packaging)
  • Colour, size, or wording specifics
  • Packaging preferences (mailer type, insert style, thank-you card copy)
  • Anything else the supplier would need to know

Why the decision has to happen now

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it moves straight into packing. Add-ons can’t be added at that stage without disrupting the flow, so we ask you to decide during Phase 1 confirmation. If you’re not sure whether customization applies to your product, request it — we’ll confirm feasibility with the supplier before any charges apply.

What happens after you request customization

  1. We contact the supplier. We share your customization requirements and ask what’s possible.
  2. We confirm feasibility, MOQs, and any supplier charges. If there’s a minimum order requirement or a specific production cost, we email you before proceeding.
  3. You approve or adjust. If the quote works, we move ahead. If it doesn’t, you can change the request or skip the customization — the $4.99 coordination fee only applies if we proceed.
  4. The supplier produces. Custom work adds to production time — we’ll flag if the change materially delays your order.
  5. Your item arrives at our warehouse, gets checked (including a visual confirmation the customization matches your request), and is packed for international shipping.
  6. Phase 2 invoice. Your invoice includes international shipping, our $4.99 coordination fee, and any supplier production charge you approved. Shipment proceeds once paid.

Common questions

Can Source.Luxxri add my logo to any product?

We can coordinate logo and other customization requests with the supplier. Availability depends on the supplier and the specific product. Some products can’t be modified at all — we’ll tell you before any charges apply.

Is there a minimum order quantity for customized products?

Possibly. Some suppliers require a higher MOQ for customization — commonly 10, 50, or 100+ units depending on the change requested. We confirm the supplier’s requirement after receiving your request, and you approve before proceeding.

Is there a customization service fee?

Our coordination fee is $4.99 per product style / customization request. Any supplier production charge (for printing, packaging, labels, materials, molds, or other production work) is quoted separately and added to your Phase 2 invoice.

How do I submit my customization details?

Request customization during your Phase 1 checkout confirmation, then add your full customization requirements — logo files, wording, colours, placement, packaging preferences. We’ll confirm feasibility and pricing before any production work begins.

Can I get a photo mock-up before production?

We ask the supplier for a mock-up wherever they can provide one, especially for logo placement and print quality. Not every supplier can, so this isn’t guaranteed — but where it’s available, we send it to you for approval before the run starts.

What if the customization doesn’t turn out how I expected?

When your item arrives at our warehouse, we do a visual check to confirm the customization matches your request. If there’s a clear mismatch, we contact you before packing so we can flag it with the supplier. Beyond that, please see our Buyer Protection and Return & Refund Policy — because customized products are made-to-order, they carry different return rules than off-the-shelf items.
