How shipping is priced
No surprises — here's exactly how your cost is worked out.
Billable weight (actual vs. volumetric)
Carriers charge by whichever is greater: your item's actual weight, or its volumetric weight (a size-based figure for light-but-bulky items). Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ divisor, where the divisor is typically 6000 for standard air and 5000 for express couriers. A pillow is light but bulky, so it's usually billed on volume; a phone is small and dense, so it's billed on actual weight.
Product type & sensitivity
Some goods can only travel on certain lines, which affects price and speed:
- Normal — widest range of carriers, best prices.
- Brand / Famous Brand — branded goods are restricted to fewer lines.
- With battery / magnetism & Pure battery — require battery-safe carriers; fewer options, higher cost.
- Liquid or Powder — special handling; limited lines.
- Weapon or Drug — prohibited; cannot be shipped.
When you pay for shipping
Shipping is the second payment in your order. You first pay for your items; we buy them and bring them to our warehouse, where they're checked, weighed, and packed. Once your order is packed and ready, you pay shipping based on the real, final weight — so this estimator is a guide, and the exact figure is confirmed at packing.
Shipping is passed through at cost
Our 20% service fee applies to your item cost only. Shipping is passed through to you at cost — what the carrier charges is what you pay, with no markup added.
