Welcome to Shop.Luxxri. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shop.luxxri.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. About our service

Shop.Luxxri is a shopping-agent and sourcing service. We help you purchase products listed on third-party Chinese marketplaces — primarily Taobao, Tmall, and 1688 — by buying those products on your behalf, receiving them at our warehouse, and forwarding them to your international address.

We are not the manufacturer, brand owner, or original seller of the products we source. We act as your purchasing and forwarding agent.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country to use our service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for any activity under your account, and for keeping your login details secure.

3. How orders work (two-phase payment)

Orders are completed in two stages:

Phase 1 — Item payment: You pay the item cost plus our 20% service fee. We then purchase the item from the third-party seller on your behalf.
Phase 2 — Shipping payment: After your items arrive at our warehouse and are packed, you choose a shipping method and pay for delivery, based on the actual weight and size of your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to this two-phase process.

4. Warehouse holding & the 72-hour shipping obligation

When you purchase products on Shop.Luxxri, you pay the product cost (seller cost + service fee) at the time of purchase. After your items arrive at our warehouse and are packed, you will receive a notification (email and SMS) with a secure link to choose a shipping method and pay for shipment.

You have 72 hours from the moment we notify you to complete the shipping payment. We will send reminders at 48 and 70 hours. If you do not complete the shipping payment within 72 hours, we reserve the right to dispose of, resell, or otherwise process the items, and to retain any fees already paid, to the extent permitted by law. This is necessary because stored items occupy warehouse space and incur holding costs.

By placing an order, you expressly agree to this provision.

5. Pricing, currency & fees

Product prices are taken from the third-party listing and converted from Chinese Yuan (CNY) into US Dollars (USD) (multi-currency checkout is being added). The exchange rate is locked at the time you add an item to your cart.
A 20% service fee is applied to the item cost and shown separately at checkout.
Shipping is calculated and charged separately at Phase 2.
Prices and product availability on third-party marketplaces can change without notice. If a product’s price changes significantly or it becomes unavailable before we purchase it, we will contact you with options.

6. Product sourcing disclaimer

Because we source from third-party sellers:

You are responsible for selecting the seller and the product. We strongly recommend reviewing seller ratings, reviews, and product details before ordering.
We do not control and are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, safety, legality, sizing, or design of third-party products. We verify that the correct item was received and was not damaged in our handling (see our Return & Refund Policy).
You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are legal to import into your country.

7. Prohibited & restricted items

You may not use our service to purchase or import items that are illegal, restricted, hazardous, or prohibited by the source marketplace, our shipping carriers, or the laws of China or your destination country (including but not limited to weapons, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and other restricted goods). We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these restrictions.

8. Customs, duties & taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your destination country are your responsibility, except where prepaid through a duty-prepaid shipping method. See our Shipping Policy and Customs, Duties & Taxes Guide.

9. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: orders may be cancelled within 24 hours (before we purchase the item); damaged or incorrect items may be reported within 7 days of delivery; and shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Shop.Luxxri or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You are solely responsible for any intellectual-property considerations arising from the third-party products you choose to purchase.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop.Luxxri and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or the products sourced, including delays, customs actions, or the quality of third-party products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop.Luxxri from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your importation of products in violation of applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
