Every order that passes through our warehouse gets a careful check before it ships. Here’s exactly what we do — and what that does (and doesn’t) mean for your order.
What we check on every order
When your items arrive at our China warehouse from the seller, our team performs a thorough visual inspection before packing. We:
- Confirm the right item arrived — that what’s in hand matches what you ordered (the correct product, variant, color, and quantity from your link).
- Check for visible damage — so we catch anything obviously broken, cracked, or defective before it ships.
- Verify the count — making sure your full order is present, including multi-item and bundled orders.
- Weigh and measure — to calculate accurate, fair shipping for your order.
- Pack it securely — protecting your items for the international journey ahead.
This visual check is your safeguard that what you ordered is what gets shipped — and it’s done on every single order, at no extra cost.
What our inspection means
- ✅ You’ll get the correct item. If the seller sent the wrong product, we catch it before it ships to you.
- ✅ Obvious damage is caught early. Visibly damaged or broken items are flagged before they leave our warehouse.
- ✅ Your order is complete and well-packed. Nothing missing, nothing loose.
What our inspection is not
We want to be honest about the limits, so your expectations match reality:
- Our check is a visual inspection, not a laboratory or functionality test. We don’t power-test electronics, stress-test materials, or assess long-term durability.
- We do not assess the inherent quality, craftsmanship, or authenticity of a third-party seller’s product. That depends on the seller you choose.
- Choosing a good seller is the buyer’s responsibility. The single best way to ensure quality is to vet the seller before ordering — check their ratings, reviews, sales history, and product photos.
In short: we make sure you receive the right item, in the condition it arrived, packed with care. The underlying quality of the product itself comes from the seller — which is why a little research up front goes a long way.
How to choose a reliable seller
A few quick checks dramatically improve what you receive:
- Look at ratings and reviews — favor sellers with strong, consistent feedback.
- Check sales volume — popular listings with many orders are usually more reliable.
- Study the photos — real customer photos (not just studio shots) tell you a lot.
- Read the details — materials, dimensions, and measurements help you avoid surprises.
- Prefer Tmall for brand-name items — Tmall hosts official and verified stores, offering the strongest authenticity assurance.
